LIFE GROUPS

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer.“ Acts 2:42

Life Groups at Riverside Church are designed with one purpose–to bring people together. Life Groups meet in the Spring and Fall semesters for 8-12 weeks. They meet regularly for fellowship, sermon application, Bible study, book study, life application, prayer, entrepreneurship, and other common interests.

Currently there are three types of life groups: community groups, learning groups, and triads.

LEARNING GROUPS

Learning groups are a relational gathering where participants get to know more about Riverside Church, participate in shared communities, and delve deeper into theology and doctrine. These include classes like Know and Grow, Financial Education, and Christology.

COMMUNITY GROUPS

Community groups are more personal and are designed for participants to know more about each other while forming relationships through study, prayer, and friendship. These include the men’s and women’s groups, seniors, young adults, and others.

TRIADS

Triads are a smaller and more intimate group designed for members to connect at a deeper relational level through shared experiences, accountability, and support.
