On Saturday, April 9, 2011, Mildred S. Brookins moved on to eternity. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy L. Brookins; children and spouses, Bari Brookins and John Buchanan, Bart and Kathy Brookins, and Brian and Beth Brookins, and 12 beloved grandchildren, in addition to her sister and brother-in-law Garrett and Laura Sue Hays.
